Dubai Hills Business Park

The project entails four internalised buildings, two of which are 7-storeys residential units and the other two are 8-storeys office units. A parking building of 7-storeys accommodates the parking requirement for the entire complex. All the buildings have a basement level. The entire complex is internalised, creating a central green park that is populated with a cafeteria, food kiosks, trees, shaded structures and is shared by everyone.
